4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lbs.)
1 bunch broccolini or broccoli rabe (about 8 oz.), blanched
8 slices prosciutto (about 1/4 lb.)
1 jar Bertolli ® Four Cheese Rosa Sauce
4 large fresh basil leaves
8 slices fresh mozzarella cheese (about 8 oz.)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°.
Heat Olive Oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and brown chicken. Remove chicken from skillet. Evenly arrange broccolini on chicken, then wrap with prosciutto. Spread 1 cup Sauce in bottom of 11 x 7-inch baking dish, then chicken. Top basil, remaining Sauce, then cheese. Cover and bake 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and chicken is throughly cooked.
