Pizza Puttanesca Arrabbiata

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Bertolli® Arrabbiata Sauce
  • 1 (12-in.) or 2 (8-in.) prepared pizza crusts
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 2 oz.)
  • 1/4 cup chopped pitted Kalamata olives
  • 1 Tbsp. small capers, rinsed, drained and finely chopped
  • 2 anchovies, drained and chopped (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh basil leaves

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°.
  2. Evenly spread Sauce on pizza crust, then top with remaining ingredients except basil. Bake 8 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with basil.
