Pizza Puttanesca Arrabbiata
Ingredients
- 1 cup Bertolli® Arrabbiata Sauce
- 1 (12-in.) or 2 (8-in.) prepared pizza crusts
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 2 oz.)
- 1/4 cup chopped pitted Kalamata olives
- 1 Tbsp. small capers, rinsed, drained and finely chopped
- 2 anchovies, drained and chopped (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh basil leaves
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°.
- Evenly spread Sauce on pizza crust, then top with remaining ingredients except basil. Bake 8 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with basil.
