Directions
Heat Bertolli Extra Light Tasting Olive Oil in large skillet over medium heat and cook garlic for 1 minute. Add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes or until tender. Add wine and cook 2 minutes. Add Bertolli Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and cook 1 minute. Season, if desired, with salt and black pepper.
