Melt Spread in 3-quart saucepan over low heat and cook garlic, stirring occasionally, 1 minute. Stir in Sauce and simmer 2 minutes. Stir in vodka and simmer 2 minutes. Stir in cream, salt and pepper and bring to a boil over medium heat. Continue cooking, stirring frequently, 10 minutes or until slightly thickened. Stir in parsley. Pour sauce over hot fettuccine and sprinkle with cheese.
