Fresh Crab & Avocado Sandwich
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- Hot pepper sauce to taste
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup crabmeat
- 1/4 cup chopped tomato
- 2 slices whole grain bread
- 2 endive leaves
- 2 slices avocado
Directions
- Blend Dijon mustard with hot pepper sauce in small bowl. Slowly drizzle in olive oil with wire whisk. Stir in crabmeat and tomato.
- Spread on one bread slice. Top with endive and avocado, then remaining bread.
