For marinade, combine all ingredients except lamb chops. In large, shallow nonaluminum baking dish or plastic bag, pour 1/2 cup marinade over lamb chops; turn to coat. Cover, or close bag, and marinate in refrigerator up to 2 hours. Refrigerate remaining marinade.
Remove chops from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill or broil chops, turning occasionally and brushing frequently with refrigerated marinade, until desired doneness.
