Penne With Snap Peas & Squash

Ingredients

  • 1 jar Bertolli ® Sauce, any variety
  • 12 ounces penne pasta, uncooked
  • 2 cups sugar snap peas
  • 1 medium zucchini, halved and sliced
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Simmer Sauce in medium saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
  2. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions, adding vegetables during last 3 minutes of cooking; drain well. Spoon sauce over pasta and vegetables; sprinkle with cheese.
