Smokey Pepper Pasta

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 to 2 tsp. canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, seeds removed and chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 jar Bertolli® Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 box (16 oz.) rotini or penne pasta, cooked and drained

Directions

  1. Melt Spread in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook onion, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes or until tender. Add tomatoes, peppers and garlic and cook 1 minute. Stir in Sauce and heat through. Toss hot sauce with hot rotini and garnish, if desired, with chopped cilantro.
