Oven Polenta

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Bertolli® Classico™ Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp. Kosher salt
  • Pinch crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup grated Asiago or Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven 350°.   In lightly greased 3-quart casserole, combine all ingredients except cheese.   Bake uncovered 50 minutes, stirring once. Stir in cheese and bake an additional 10 minutes.  Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
