Mediterranean Chicken Bruschetta

Ingredients

  • 2 loaves Italian or French bread, diagonally cut into 3/4-inch slices
  • 2 large cloves garlic
  • 1/3 cup Bertolli® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 jar Bertolli® Tomato & Basil Sauce
  • 8 ounces thinly sliced cooked chicken
  • 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (about 6 oz.)
  • 3/4 cup chopped pitted ripe Kalamata olives
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme leaves

Directions

  1. Broil bread slices until golden in preheated oven; rub with garlic, then brush with Olive Oil. Evenly spoon unheated Sauce over bread, then top with chicken, feta, olives and thyme.
