2 loaves Italian or French bread, diagonally cut into 3/4-inch slices
2 large cloves garlic
1/3 cup Bertolli® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 jar Bertolli® Tomato & Basil Sauce
8 ounces thinly sliced cooked chicken
3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (about 6 oz.)
3/4 cup chopped pitted ripe Kalamata olives
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme leaves
Directions
Broil bread slices until golden in preheated oven; rub with garlic, then brush with Olive Oil. Evenly spoon unheated Sauce over bread, then top with chicken, feta, olives and thyme.
