4 large tomatoes, peeled and seeded, if desired, and chopped
1/4 cup thinly slicedĀ fresh basil leaves
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1/3 cup BertolliĀ® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 package (8 oz.) pappardelle pasta or extra wide egg noodles, cooked and drained
Grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
In large bowl, combine all ingredients except pasta. Let stand covered 30 minutes to 2 hours.
To serve, toss hot pasta with tomato mixture, then top with cheese.
