1 can (2 oz.) anchovies, rinsed and drained (optional)
1 Tbsp. small capers, rinsed, drained and finely chopped
1/4 tsp.
crushed red pepper flakes
1 (12-in.)
or 2 (8-in.) prepared pizza crust
3 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, cubed
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°.
Cook Sauce, olives, anchovies, capers and red pepper flakes in 1-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Evenly spread sauce mixture on pizza crust, then top with cheese. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
