Balsamic Herb Vinaigrette Dressing
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Bertolli® Classico™ Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. white balsamic or apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup loosely packed flat-leaf parsley leaves, chopped
- 1 small shallot, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/8 tsp. each salt and ground black pepper
- Pinch sugar

- In a small bowl, with wire whisk, blend all ingredients; chill.
