Bruschetta with Shrimp


  • 1 loaf French bread [or Italian bread], diagonally cut into 3/4-inch slices
  • 1 large clove garlic
  • 1 jar Bertolli® Alfredo Sauce
  • 8 ounces grilled or broiled medium shrimp


  1. Broil bread slices until golden; rub with garlic. Evenly spoon Sauce over bread, then top each bread slice with one shrimp. Broil to heat. Garnish, if desired, with fresh parsley.
