Sun-Dried Tomato Crostini


  • 1 loaf (12-in.) French bread, cut in 1/2-inch slices
  • 1/4 cup Bertolli┬« Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 jar Bertolli ┬« Roasted Red Pepper with Italian Herbs Sauce
  • 1 package (5.5 oz.) goat cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil leaves


  1. Preheat oven to 400┬░.
  2. On baking sheet, arrange bread slices brushed with Olive Oil. Bake 5 minutes or until lightly toasted. Evenly spread Sauce over bread. Top with crumbled goat cheese and chopped basil.
