Sun-Dried Tomato Crostini
- 1 loaf (12-in.) French bread, cut in 1/2-inch slices
- 1/4 cup Bertolli® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 jar Bertolli ® Roasted Red Pepper with Italian Herbs Sauce
- 1 package (5.5 oz.) goat cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil leaves
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- On baking sheet, arrange bread slices brushed with Olive Oil. Bake 5 minutes or until lightly toasted. Evenly spread Sauce over bread. Top with crumbled goat cheese and chopped basil.
