Focaccia Margherita


  • 1 1/2 cups Bertolli® Vineyard Premium Collections Marinara with Burgundy Wine Sauce
  • 15 x 10-inch prepared focaccia bread
  • 1/2 cup tightly packed fresh basil leaves, rinsed and patted dry
  • 2 Tbsp. Bertolli® Classico™ Olive Oil
  • 8 ounces thinly sliced mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 450°.
  2. Evenly spoon Sauce over focaccia. Top with basil, then drizzle with Olive Oil. Top with mozzarella cheese, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve hot or at room temperature.
