Herbed Garlic Bread

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Bertolli® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh herbs
  • 1 loaf French bread [or Italian bread] (about 12 oz.), sliced lengthwise

Directions

  1. In small bowl, combine all ingredients except bread. On baking sheet, arrange bread. Evenly brush with Olive Oil mixture. Broil until golden.
*For softer bread: Wrap in aluminum foil, then bake at 425° for 25 minutes.
