Marinated Feta


  • 1/3 cup Bertolli® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp. fresh thyme
  • 3 fresh sage leaves, chopped (optional)
  • 1 garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 12 ounces feta cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • Lemon juice
  • Freshly ground black pepper


  1. In shallow bowl, blend Olive Oil, thyme, sage, garlic, red pepper flakes and paprika. Gently add cheese, tossing with rubber spatula to coat. To serve, arrange cheese on serving platter and sprinkle with lemon juice and black pepper. Garnish, if desired, with additional paprika and fresh herbs. Serve, if desired, with crackers or sliced bread.
